2 Chronicles 29:1Hezekiah began to reign when he was five and twenty years old, and he reigned nine and twenty years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Abijah, the daughter of Zechariah.
2 Chronicles 29:17Now they began on the first day of the first month to sanctify, and on the eighth day of the month came they to the porch of the LORD: so they sanctified the house of the LORD in eight days; and in the sixteenth day of the first month they made an end.

Matthew 28:1In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.
Mark 1:1The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God;
Mark 1:45But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter.
Mark 2:23And it came to pass, that he went through the corn fields on the sabbath day; and his disciples began, as they went, to pluck the ears of corn.
Mark 4:1And he began again to teach by the sea side: and there was gathered unto him a great multitude, so that he entered into a ship, and sat in the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land.
Mark 5:17And they began to pray him to depart out of their coasts.
Mark 5:20And he departed, and began to publish in Decapolis how great things Jesus had done for him: and all men did marvel.
Mark 6:2And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?
Mark 6:7And he called unto him the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits;
Mark 6:34And Jesus, when he came out, saw much people, and was moved with compassion toward them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things.
Mark 6:55And ran through that whole region round about, and began to carry about in beds those that were sick, where they heard he was.
Mark 8:11And the Pharisees came forth, and began to question with him, seeking of him a sign from heaven, tempting him.
Mark 8:31And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.
Mark 8:32And he spake that saying openly. And Peter took him, and began to rebuke him.
Mark 10:6But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.
Mark 10:28Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee.
Mark 10:32And they were in the way going up to Jerusalem; and Jesus went before them: and they were amazed; and as they followed, they were afraid. And he took again the twelve, and began to tell them what things should happen unto him,
Mark 10:41And when the ten heard it, they began to be much displeased with James and John.
Mark 10:46And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.
Mark 10:47And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.
Mark 11:15And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;
Mark 12:1And he began to speak unto them by parables. A certain man planted a vineyard, and set an hedge about it, and digged a place for the winefat, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country.
Mark 13:5And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you:
Mark 13:8For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.
Mark 13:19For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.
Mark 14:19And they began to be sorrowful, and to say unto him one by one, Is it I? and another said, Is it I?
Mark 14:33And he taketh with him Peter and James and John, and began to be sore amazed, and to be very heavy;
Mark 14:65And some began to spit on him, and to cover his face, and to buffet him, and to say unto him, Prophesy: and the servants did strike him with the palms of their hands.
Mark 14:69And a maid saw him again, and began to say to them that stood by, This is one of them.
Mark 14:71But he began to curse and to swear, saying, I know not this man of whom ye speak.
Mark 15:8And the multitude crying aloud began to desire him to do as he had ever done unto them.
Mark 15:18And began to salute him, Hail, King of the Jews!
Luke 1:2Even as they delivered them unto us, which from the beginning were eyewitnesses, and ministers of the word;
Luke 1:70As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began:
Luke 3:8Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
Luke 3:23And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli,
Luke 4:21And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.
Luke 5:7And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.
Luke 5:21And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, Who is this which speaketh blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?
Luke 7:15And he that was dead sat up, and began to speak. And he delivered him to his mother.
Luke 7:24And when the messengers of John were departed, he began to speak unto the people concerning John, What went ye out into the wilderness for to see? A reed shaken with the wind?
Luke 7:38And stood at his feet behind him weeping, and began to wash his feet with tears, and did wipe them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment.
Luke 7:49And they that sat at meat with him began to say within themselves, Who is this that forgiveth sins also?
Luke 9:12And when the day began to wear away, then came the twelve, and said unto him, Send the multitude away, that they may go into the towns and country round about, and lodge, and get victuals: for we are here in a desert place.
Luke 11:29And when the people were gathered thick together, he began to say, This is an evil generation: they seek a sign; and there shall no sign be given it, but the sign of Jonas the prophet.
Luke 11:53And as he said these things unto them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to urge him vehemently, and to provoke him to speak of many things:
Luke 12:1In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
Luke 12:45But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken;
Luke 13:25When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:
Luke 13:26Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.
Luke 14:9And he that bade thee and him come and say to thee, Give this man place; and thou begin with shame to take the lowest room.
Luke 14:18And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused.
Luke 14:29Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,
Luke 14:30Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.
Luke 15:14And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want.
Luke 15:24For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.
Luke 16:3Then the steward said within himself, What shall I do? for my lord taketh away from me the stewardship: I cannot dig; to beg I am ashamed.
Luke 16:20And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,
Luke 16:22And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;
Luke 18:35And it came to pass, that as he was come nigh unto Jericho, a certain blind man sat by the way side begging:
Luke 19:37And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen;
Luke 19:45And he went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold therein, and them that bought;
Luke 20:9Then began he to speak to the people this parable; A certain man planted a vineyard, and let it forth to husbandmen, and went into a far country for a long time.
Luke 21:28And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
Luke 22:23And they began to enquire among themselves, which of them it was that should do this thing.
Luke 23:2And they began to accuse him, saying, We found this fellow perverting the nation, and forbidding to give tribute to Caesar, saying that he himself is Christ a King.
Luke 23:5And they were the more fierce, saying, He stirreth up the people, teaching throughout all Jewry, beginning from Galilee to this place.
Luke 23:30Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.
Luke 23:52This man went unto Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus.
Luke 24:27And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
Luke 24:47And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
John 1:1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:2The same was in the beginning with God.
John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, ) full of grace and truth.
John 1:18No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
John 2:10And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.
John 2:11This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
John 4:52Then enquired he of them the hour when he began to amend. And they said unto him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.
John 6:64But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.
John 8:9And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
John 8:25Then said they unto him, Who art thou? And Jesus saith unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning.
John 8:44Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
John 9:8The neighbours therefore, and they which before had seen him that he was blind, said, Is not this he that sat and begged?
John 9:32Since the world began was it not heard that any man opened the eyes of one that was born blind.
John 13:5After that he poureth water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded.
